Pricing

Personal training sessions are priced on a sliding scale. Sliding scale pricing relies on everyone paying at the level they can actually afford - which means folks with more money pay more, so that folks with less can pay less.

How to use the sliding scale: Find your annual income in the table below – next to it is your suggested price for a single session. This is a suggested rate: I won’t ask you for proof of income, and I trust that you’ll pick the right price for your specific situation.

Annual income        $ per session

Under $30,000                                     $45

$31 - 45,000                                         $60

$46 - 60,000                                         $70

$61 - 80,000                                         $85

$81 - 100,000                                      $115

Above $100,000                                 $130+

*Prices are for a 55-minute session, in-person or virtual.

If the low end of the scale is not possible for you, let’s talk. I can often work something out, esp. for Black people, people of color & indigenous people, trans people, single parents, & people with disabilities.

If you’re at the top of the scale, consider paying more than $130/session. For example, my hope is that someone who makes $200k will pay more than someone who makes $100k. Please also think about paying more if you have other kinds of privilege (like you have inherited wealth, own a home, are white, are a citizen, etc.). This makes it possible for me to offer free or low-cost sessions for folks with less cash.
